Responsibilities

  • Coaching Clients One-On-One Through An Individualized Program
  • Seeing Clients On A Daily Basis
  • Ability To Multitask/Good Organizational Skills
  • Answering The Phone And Making Calls
  • Accurate Record Keeping
  • Appointment Making
  • Office Upkeep
  • Inventory Tracking
  • Retail
  • Completing Payment Transactions
  • Scheduling Appointments

Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday in the office, Fridays remote
  • Limited remote weekend hours

Work Location

  • In person in the beautiful Neighborhood Of The Arts district.

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Rochester, NY 14607: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • All required training will be provided.

Experience

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
